Randolph Mank is a global business executive and former diplomat, with over thirty years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He is a past Vice President Asia-Pacific for BlackBerry and President Asia-Pacific for SICPA of Switzerland. He is also a former Canadian Ambassador to Indonesia, Pakistan and Malaysia, with earlier diplomatic assignments around the world.

He serves on the boards of the Spark Centre for Innovation, software company Lexum, and King’s University College, as well as a UK-based pensions scheme. He is also a Fellow of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute, the Triple Helix defence innovation partnership, and the Balsillie School of International Affairs.
Lenny Surjati
Vice President
Lenny Surjati is a global sales executive with twenty-five years of experience in the high tech, hotel management, and convention travel sectors.
She has expertise in sales strategies, team leadership, client acquisition, trade shows, budgets, P&L, and CRM software.
Currently, Director of Sales for a property in the IHG group, she has extensive networks in North America, Asia, and Europe. She also serves on the board of the Pacific Canada Heritage Centre.
