Randolph Mank
President
Randolph Mank is a global business executive and
diplomat, with over thirty years of international
experience.
​
He is a former President Asia-Pacific for
SICPA of Switzerland, and a Vice President Asia for
BlackBerry.
​
His ambassadorial assignments were in Indonesia,
Pakistan and Malaysia. He also served as Director-
General for Asia at Canada's Department of Foreign
Affairs and International Trade, and as Canada's
Senior Official for ASEAN.
​
His other international assignments included Greece, Sweden and Japan. He headed the G7 Foreign Minister's Secretariat for Canada from 1999-2003, while serving as Director for Policy Planning in Ottawa.
​
Educated in Canada and Great Britain, he speaks Indonesian and Japanese, in addition to English and French. Among honours, he was Canadian Public Service Mentor of the Year in 1999, and a Laurier Top 100 Alumni of Achievement in 2011. In addition to heading MankGlobal consulting, he sits on boards and is a Fellow of both the Canadian Global Affairs
Institute and the Balsillie School of International Affairs.

Lenny Surjati
Vice-President
Lenny Surjati is an international sales executive, with
over twenty years' experience in both international
conferencing and Information Technology.
​
As former Assistant Head for Meetings,
Incentives, Conferences and Events (MICE) and
Corporate Sales for Resorts World Sentosa in
Singapore, she handled overseas markets
for the fully integrated $5 bil. resort between 2014-17.
​
Leading a team of nine sales staff, she generated $15-20 mil. in annual business from Europe, the US, South East Asia and Australia. Notable clients included IBM, IATA, Formula 1, and Microsoft. She also assisted the Sentosa Harbourfront Business Association to generate new business and ensure member coordination.
Previously, she also handled regional and international sales for the iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel and Casino in Singapore and Macau.

In the IT sector, she led domestic and South East Asia regional sales teams for such leading corporations as Singtel, StarHub, and IBM. She developed business plans for marketing a full range of hardware, software and services both to enterprise and consumer clients, managing profitable sales accounts and staff with full P&L accountabilities.
​
She holds a Bachelors in Business Computing from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Masters in International Business (IBM Scholar) from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. With global clients, she travels frequently to international markets and trade shows. She speaks English, Bahasa Indonesia and conversational Mandarin.
